Meet The Team

Vivienne Lyle D.C.D.Ac, Registered Chiropractor and Clinic Director

Vivienne founded the Back in Line clinic in Henley in 2000 and has built up a formidable reputation. A highly successful chiropractor for thirty years, she is incisive and intuitive, with a warm sense of humour. She was drawn to the profession early on; her father was a chiropractic pioneer in Sydney and an inspirational mentor. She studied advanced acupuncture in China, where she worked in a leading hospital. Returning to the UK to establish a chiropractic practice, she also presented postgraduate lectures for GPs at the Royal Berkshire Hospital. As well as running Back in Line, Vivienne provides chiropractic care for Microsoft, the multinational corporation.

Amy Crerar, D.C. MChiro. Registered Chiropractor

Having qualified from the AECC in 2009, Amy has been a chiropractor at Back In Line for nearly 9 years, with a particular interest in treating both pregnant woman and in paediatric chiropractic. One of her passions, alongside chiropractic, is eventing horses. Completing her equine training in Germany at the International Academy in Veterinary Chiropractic in 2010, Amy treats many top equine athletes and their horses.

Amy is currently on maternity leave and aiming to be back at Back In Line in April.

Suzanne Fogden D.C. MChiro. Dip LSSM. Registered Chiropractor

Suzanne Fogden D.C. MChiro, Registered Chiropractor, completed a five year masters degree at the McTimoney Chiropractic College, bringing to our clinic the many different chiropractic techniques we already use, with the addition of the McTimoney approach, which some patients prefer. She is also trained in Pilates rehabilitation, using our gym at Back in Line, where bespoke programmes are designed for patients on a one to one basis on the reformer and equipment devised by Joseph Pilates. Pilates is a well documented and effective way of helping hold spinal corrections made through chiropractic adjustments, thus preventing re-injury and increasing core stability and functional movement.

As well as working with all spinal complaints, Suzanne has a special interest in sport and treating sports related injuries. Suzanne enjoys treating patients of all ages, seeing their recovery and managing their ongoing wellness with Chiropractic. She is a very valuable team member!

Michaela Fogden Dip LSSM

Michaela studied at the London School of Sports Massage and qualified with a Level 5 BTEC Professional Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy. She is a member of the Institute of Sport and Remedial Massage.

She is an active participant in sport having run marathons and recently switched to triathlon. Through her interest in sport and her training she became fascinated with how to improve the overall functioning of the body, as well as how to treat injuries and reduce pain.

Michaela is committed to achieving complete recovery for her patients, starting with reducing their pain symptoms, then facilitating their full range of movement and flexibility and ultimately returning them to normal functioning as quickly as possible.
